All Fruit and Spices are carefully selected, inspected and sliced before being dehydrated. We use these for our drink infusions, simmer pots, teas, and more. The dehydration process allows the fruit to be preserved while maintaining a punch of flavor, which can easily be added to your teas or spirits. It also creates a wonderful potpourri for simmer pots for your home.
